Once again we woke up and there was snow on the ground. I can usually see this mountain, Bear Peak, from my living room window, but today it was covered by clouds. But in Colorado, the weather changes constantly. The mountains reappeared in the afternoon and now the sun is shining and the sky is blue. This painting is a plein aire sketch painted in oil. Most of my other small sketches are watercolor.
